Mid-Summer Bike Check-Up

Jul 31 | 27 DAYS LEFT

EVENT DETAILS

Join us at Eglinton Square on Thursday, July 31 from 9 AM to 11:30 AM for a fun and educational Mid-Summer Bike Check-Up, hosted in partnership with Toronto Police Service.

This free outdoor event is designed for kids ages 7 to 11 to learn bike safety basics through a guided safety course and hands-on bike inspection. Participants will get the chance to interact with local police officers, practice their skills, and receive important tips to stay safe on the road.

What to Expect:

  • A bike safety course led by Toronto Police
  • A basic bike inspection
  • A sweet reward from Laura Secord for completing the course
  • Lots of fun and games to enjoy.

Plus: Help support Food Banks Canada with our Fill a Fridge campaign! Bring spare change and stick it onto our giant foam board fridge—a fun and visual way for kids to learn about giving back while helping fight food insecurity.

Important Information:

  • Pre-registration is required
  • Each child must bring their own bike and helmet
  • Children must be able to ride a bike (training wheels are welcome)
  • A signed parental waiver is required and will be emailed to you after registration
